I have been meaning to post a recipe for this month’s AFAM, hosted by Raaga. Pear, being my husband’s favorite fruit, gets consumed as is before I get a chance to do something with it. I saw the ultimatum in Raaga’s post and realized today is my last chance to write a post about pears.
